The Practice of Nurturing - Extended Yin
A slow, extended Yin Yoga practice honouring care, nurturing, and rest within us all.
Service Description
The Practice of Nurturing - An Extended Yin Yoga Special Join me for a 2½-hour extended Yin Yoga practice on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, 11.00am–1.30pm, offering time to slow right down and reconnect with the universal qualities of care, rest, and nourishment that live within us all. This practice is suitable for everyone — all genders, all bodies, all levels of experience. Rather than focusing on motherhood itself, the session honours the energy of nurturing: the ways we hold, support, soften, and tend to ourselves and others. As a prelude to spring and growth, the practice will gently invite renewal after winter’s inwardness. Long-held Yin postures will support the body’s deeper tissues, encourage spaciousness, and create fertile ground for intention, balance, and steady unfolding — much like the season itself. Expect a calm, unhurried pace, mindful transitions, and plenty of options to ensure comfort and ease. This is a space to be held, to rest deeply, and to replenish — whether you come feeling full, tired, curious, or in need of gentleness. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and quietly ready for what’s beginning to grow. Choose what you pay, different pricing options, but exactly the same experience.
