ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Lydia

I first came to yoga looking for an enjoyable way to exercise, and to deal with the ongoing pain in my shoulder, which always got worse when I was stressed. ​

From my first class I was hooked, I loved the detailed instructions about alignment...It was hard! But, more than that, by the end of the class I felt more together than I ever had before. The practice had instilled a sense of calm and joy within me.

Since that day 14 years ago I have practised religiously. And, I have discovered even more treasures. My yoga practice has helped me to manage my fiery emotions and quick temper.

Yoga gives me a strategy to stay connected to what is important in life - cultivating compassion, forgiveness and understanding, to others and to myself. And, I no longer have pain in my shoulder...WIN!

I will remain eternally grateful to all the Guru's (teacher's) and Yogi's (yoga students) everywhere who have developed this ancient wisdom, and it is my passion and purpose to share my knowledge and experience with you.
